Drinking Milk During Pregnancy May Lower Baby’s Risk Of MS

A recent study suggests that drinking milk during pregnancy lowers the risk of multiple sclerosis for the baby later in life.  The correlation is found in the level of dietary vitamin D that is consumed during the pregnancy.

Vitamin D Cuts Premature Birth Risk

A study involving 600 pregnant women showed that those with the highest levels of vitamin D were significantly less likely to go into premature labor, have small for date babies, as well as experience several other possible pregnancy related complications.
