Quickguide Series for Optimal Health

Dr. Nigh is the author of theĀ Quickguide to Allergies and Elimination Dieting, available free to patients and through our store for others to download. The process outlined in the book has now been used by hundreds of patients at our clinic, and has also been used with patients by other naturopathic physicians around the country.

Dr. Nigh is currently writing additional books for the Quickguide Series which will be available for download in the clinic store soon.

The Oregonian: The Flu

Dr. Nigh has also written commentaries for large progressive website and mailing list run by Znet. These have been picked up by other sites and translated, distributed around the world, and translated into Spanish, German and Japanese. Those commentaries are on SARS, Compulsive Consumption, and the growing hysteria about contagion.

New Works Review/Insolent Rudder/Word Riot

Dr. Nigh has also tried his hand at creative writing. Short stories of his have been published in the literary journals New Works Review (currently unavailable), Insolent Rudder (only a cached version available), and a narrative essay is published at Word Riot.
