The GAPS group is designed to take you through the diet step-by-step in a supportive and accountable setting where you may share and learn from everyone’s experience.
Our NCC GAPS Group will meet on Monday evenings starting at 7pm and ending at 9pm. The group will meet at the kitchen of Salt, Fire & Time at 1902 NW 24th street in northwest Portland. Space is limited to 12 participants (participants may vary according to the weekly topic – some may be interested in a particular week but not the next. You do not have to attend every meeting but you do have to register in advance in order to participate.)
Cost is $20.00 per meeting – which can be paid on registration. Just call our front desk at (503)287-4970 to register.
