Viewing .pdfs: To open these .pdf files in your browser, simply click on the filename. Your browser should download the files and display them. At this point you can print each of the forms you need and fill them out separately.

Downloading .pdfs: To download these .pdf files to your computer right-click on each of the filenames and choose the "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..." option. You will have the option of choosing the location to which the file will be stored.
