		<description>Hello,
Your clinic came highly recommended to me and I am inquiring about your self-pay rates. I am currently uninsured but employed and seeking a skincare consultation. Namely, I am a 27 year old woman with recurring skin problems. I can be reached at the above address or by phone at: 5052277844. THANK YOU!</description>

		<description>Dr. Eckel,
The punitative pricing structure mentioned above(surgical cost charged to patient if scan has a problem finding) should be reported to state insurance commissioner. That kind of rule could could frighten a lot of people from following their doctors recommendations. What hypocrisy same test, just ends up showing evidence of disease. Washington and California have better consumer protection and Insurance Bad Faith Practices.

		<description>Thanks for bringing up an excellent point, Tasha.

From endless political pundits on TV and radio, to the ubiquity of &quot;reality&quot; TV, we have a culture that invites us to form negative judgements at every turn. The suggestions you make for changing that internal process are great.

I think negativity, complaint and criticism (of ourselves and others) can become such a constant part of our internal story that we no longer notice what a profoundly devitalizing effect it has on our experience. Once we break that cycle, even if only occasionally at first, we finally notice how much lighter and relaxed we are during those breaks. As the breaks become more often and more sustained, our lightness increases as well, and our overall health improves as a consequence.

Thanks again for your thoughts.

		<description>I wasn&#039;t clear in my writing. I didn&#039;t mean that there are only 3 *specific* types of thoughts. I meant that, once each of us starts classifying our thoughts for a while, we realize that our thoughts keep falling into just a few different categories. Those categories won&#039;t be the same for everyone.

For example, for someone tending toward anxiety they might find that their thoughts get classified as &quot;Worrying about things to do,&quot; &quot;Being incompetent,&quot; and &quot;Annoyance at someone.&quot;

Someone tending toward depression might find that their thoughts get classified as &quot;Being incompetent,&quot; &quot;Being unworthy of something,&quot; and &quot;Being abnormal.&quot;

People may, of course, find that their thoughts fall into many more than 3 categories. If you try the process for a few days, feel free to follow-up and post how many categories you noticed for your own thoughts. And no, you don&#039;t have to tell what those categories were.
