Moderate Fish Consumption May Lower Risk in Patients With a History of Heart Failure

In a study involving nearly 1000 patients who had experienced acute coronary syndrome, researchers concluded that consumption of fish one or two times per week considerably reduced the risk of developing left ventricular systolic dysfunction in this patient population.
